Introduction

We are incredibly proud to announce that Intrinzi has been officially named a finalist for the AI and Tech Innovation Award at the 2026 Red Rose Awards.

To be recognised in the biggest celebration of Lancashire business is a monumental milestone for our team. This category, in particular, highlights the very core of what we do: using cutting-edge technology to solve real-world business challenges. Out of hundreds of entries from across the county, Intrinziโ€™s commitment to practical, impactful AI has earned us a place among the regionโ€™s most innovative companies.

From Corporate Inefficiency to AI Innovation

The inspiration for Intrinzi was born from a simple observation: businesses were drowning in tools but starving for efficiency. Before founding the company, our Co-Founders, Joshua and Daniel, held leadership roles in Marketing and E-Commerce for a leading UK FMCG retailer. There, they witnessed firsthand the fragmentation that plagues even the most well-resourced organisations.

Teams were constantly battling disconnected communication channels and slow lead follow-ups. We recognised that businesses didn’t need another “flashy” tech trend; they needed a unified, intelligent system that could act as a seamless extension of their operations. We set out to build a platform that unifies over 50 apps into a single ecosystem, transforming “siloed software” into a cohesive growth engine.

Redefining the “AI Employee”

At the heart of our Red Rose Awards entry is the concept of the Intrinzi AI Employee. Unlike traditional automation, which can feel cold or rigid, our bespoke AI models are trained on real-world customer interactions. This ensures that every response is natural, human-like, and perfectly aligned with a brandโ€™s unique tone of voice.

Our technology is now embedded in every workflow we touch, from unified inboxes and automated pipelines to reputation management and SEO. By handling high-volume, repetitive tasks, our AI allows human teams to step away from the “busy work” and refocus on high-value, strategic initiatives.

A Message From Joshua, Co-Founder of Intrinzi

“Being named a finalist in the AI and Tech Innovation category is a proud moment for the entire Intrinzi family. When we started this journey, our goal was to move beyond the ‘hype’ of AI and deliver measurable, commercial growth for our clients.

Weโ€™ve seen businesses transform their conversion rates by up to 45% simply by using our AI Employees to respond to leads in under 60 seconds. This recognition from the Red Rose Awards reflects the hard work of our team and the trust our clients place in us to manage their most vital customer interactions.

I am incredibly grateful to our Lancashire community and our loyal clients who have supported our vision. We are not just replacing tasks; we are helping businesses scale with confidence, proving that AI can deliver practical value rather than just conceptual promise.”

Delivering Measurable Impact

The “AI and Tech Innovation” shortlist isn’t just about the technology we’ve built, but the results that technology has delivered for our partners. Intrinzi has consistently provided:

  • Operational Efficiency: Saving businesses hundreds of hours monthly through automated lead capture and follow-ups.
  • Revenue Growth: Faster response times lead directly to higher closing rates.
  • Cultural Maturity: We help teams build confidence in new systems, fostering a culture where humans and AI work side-by-side to achieve better outcomes.

What are the Red Rose Awards

The Red Rose Awards, organised by Lancashire Business View, are the countyโ€™s premier business event. They were launched in 2011 to celebrate Lancashire business, provide a platform for success, and encourage trade within the county.

The awards categories cover everything from sector-specific excellence to highlights on innovation and sustainability. Notable past winners have gone on to achieve national acclaim, proving that Lancashire is a true powerhouse of the UK economy.

Stephen Shore, chairman of Lancashire Business View, noted that the quality of applications this year was exceptional, showcasing the strength and determination of the local business community.

The Road to the Winter Gardens

The Red Rose Awards are known for their rigorous selection process. The next stage of our journey takes us to Burnley Football Club on 4-5 February for the official Judging Day. This will be a fantastic opportunity for our team to present the Intrinzi story in person, showcasing our projected growth and our vision for a global AI-powered business platform.

The winners will then be revealed at the spectacular awards ceremony at the iconic Winter Gardens Blackpool on Thursday 12 March 2026.

We would like to extend our congratulations to all our fellow finalists across Lancashire. It is an honour to be part of such a vibrant, forward-thinking business community that continues to thrive despite the wider economic challenges.
